🚨 Vendor Beware: Our Experience with Tranzac Technologies Private Limited

tranzac

In business, trust and timely payments are the foundation of strong partnerships. Unfortunately, not every engagement upholds these values. We want to share our company’s recent experience with Tranzac Technologies Pvt. Ltd. so that fellow businesses and service providers can be cautious.

📌 How It Started

In 2023, our team engaged with Tranzac Technologies through Mr. Melvyn Dmello to provide our Call Centre Solution. Initially, the relationship seemed professional. Payments were made regularly, and operations went smoothly.

📌 When the Problems Began

Once the billing amount increased, Tranzac suddenly stopped responding to calls and emails. Despite multiple reminders, no payments were released.

On follow-ups, Mr. Melvyn repeatedly assured us that the dues would be cleared “within the week.” However, to this day, no settlement has been made.

📌 Concerns About Company Practices

According to our understanding, Tranzac is being operated by Mr. Sanjay Saini and Mr. Rahul, although the company has been registered in their spouses’ names. This raises serious concerns about accountability and whether the structure is deliberately designed to avoid liabilities.

Such practices don’t just impact one vendor — they damage the trust ecosystem of the entire industry. When companies fail to honor their commitments, it creates financial stress for genuine service providers and sets a dangerous precedent.

📌 Our Message to Fellow Businesses

We are sharing this experience not out of spite, but out of responsibility to the wider business community:

⚠️ Exercise caution when dealing with Tranzac Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
⚠️ Ensure strict contracts, milestone-based billing, or advance payments.
⚠️ Do thorough due diligence before entering into any engagement.

📌 Why This Matters

Non-payment is not just a financial issue — it reflects unethical intent and a disregard for professional trust. Businesses that operate this way undermine the values of fairness and transparency that the industry should stand on.

As vendors, freelancers, and companies, we must come together to call out such practices and ensure that professionalism, accountability, and fairness remain at the heart of every business relationship.

👉 We welcome other businesses to share their experiences and collectively stand against such unethical practices. Together, we can create an environment where fairness and trust are non-negotiable.
